Low angle on the carpet. Base is stable. Doesn't creep while it runs.
Powered Knee Motion · For Home
It bends the knee for you — slowly, steadily, while you sit back.
Knee: Left
Each Glide is built for one leg. Choose the knee you’ll use it on.
That’s all Glide is. Here’s what it adds up to.
The scale printed on the frame. One key sets how far it bends — and you can read the setting rather than guess it.
The motor moves the cradle at an even speed. Choose a slower or faster setting from the remote.
It stays put. The cushion clips on, so your own weight anchors it too.
28 cm tall. Lives beside the sofa.
On a wired remote with large, labelled buttons. No app, no pairing, nothing to charge.
A padded cradle lined with breathable perforated mesh, three hook-and-loop straps that adjust to the leg, and a seat cushion that comes off to wash.
Choose how far the knee bends and how quickly. Press Auto, and the cradle carries the leg up into the bend and back out again — the same smooth path, over and over, until you pause it.
Begin with a narrow arc at the slow setting. Widen it a step at a time, only as far as feels comfortable.
The motor does the work at a steady pace. Your leg just rests in the cradle.
Pause holds it where it is. Bend and Straighten nudge it one way or the other, so getting in and out is easy.
No app, no Bluetooth, no account. The remote is wired to the machine, so it can’t wander off down the side of the sofa.
It arrives nearly assembled. Watch the whole thing once — it takes less than a minute.
Step 01It slides onto the end of the base and locks with the knobs. Sitting on it is what keeps Glide steady.
Step 02Sit on the cushion, or lie back. Rest your lower leg in the cradle with your heel in the foot plate.
Step 03Shin, ankle, foot. Snug enough that the leg moves with the cradle — never tight.
Step 04Small angle, slow speed, then Auto. Pause any time; ten minutes is plenty for a first go.
Glide moves a knee through a range you choose, without asking anything of the muscles around it. That’s the whole job, and it does it every day without complaint.
What it won’t do is strengthen a leg — that takes your own effort — or replace anything a doctor or physio has asked of you. Alongside that, it makes moving the knee one less thing to work up to.

Bending a knee yourself works — if you keep doing it. A machine makes it easy to keep up, and Glide is the one with a guarantee, a warranty and real people behind it.

A week tells you nothing about a habit. Use Glide most days for a month — small arc, slow pace, widening as it gets easy. If it hasn’t earned its place in your day by the end of it, send it back for a full refund — you just cover the return shipping. No hoops, no hard feelings.
Each Glide is built for one side, so choose the knee you’ll use it on when you order. If you’re not sure — or might need both — email us before ordering and we’ll talk it through.
No. Glide is a wellness and mobility product for keeping a knee moving at home. It isn’t certified as medical equipment and doesn’t claim to treat anything. If a clinician has prescribed equipment for you, follow their advice on what to use.
Start with ten minutes at a small angle and the slow setting, and see how the knee feels afterwards. Most people settle on a session or two a day around something they already do — the news, a podcast, a chapter. It should never push into pain: if it does, pause, and narrow the angle.
No. Use it awake, in sessions — start with ten minutes — and switch it off and unstrap between them. If you nod off, nothing is watching how the leg sits in the cradle.
Yes — on a firm mattress, sitting on the cushion with the base flat beside you. On a soft or pillow-top mattress the base can tilt as it moves, so the floor or a firm daybed is better.
The cradle is padded and the three straps adjust to most calves and ankles. We haven’t printed a height or leg-length range because we haven’t been given one we’d stand behind yet. If it doesn’t fit you comfortably, that’s what the thirty days are for.
It’s motor-driven, so you’ll hear it working. We’re measuring it properly, and this answer will get a real number.
Glide runs on 110–240 V, so it works on household power in the US and Canada as well as in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. It comes with a US, EU, UK or AU/NZ plug, matched to your delivery address.
The seat cushion comes off to wash. The cradle lining wipes clean — keep water away from the base, which houses the motor.
It isn’t for children. Don’t use it on a fresh injury, a knee that’s hot, red or badly swollen, a recent fracture or an unhealed wound, or if a clinician has told you to keep the joint still. If you’ve had joint surgery, have a history of blood clots, or have reduced feeling in the leg, ask your doctor first. Check your skin where the cradle and straps press, and stop if the leg goes numb or tingles, the calf aches, or anything hurts — Glide should only ever move the knee through a range that feels comfortable.
Thirty days, money-back: use it properly for a month and, if it isn’t for you, send it back for a full refund — you just cover the return shipping. Every Glide also carries a 1-year warranty, and shipping is free.

Set the arc, press Auto, sit back. Thirty days to decide.
