WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM
Holtrow is a brand operated by Retropocket Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. When you place an order on holtrow.com your contract of sale is with Retropocket Limited, and Retropocket Limited is the entity that processes your payment.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We do our best to display our products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price.
ORDERS
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, not that it has shipped. We will send a second email with tracking once it ships.
SHIPPING, RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Our Returns & Warranty policy and our Privacy Policy form part of these terms. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
HEALTH AND INTENDED USE
Holtrow products are consumer wellness devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
