Holtrow Glide motion machinesThe machine does the moving.
Four Glide machines — for the knee, the ankle, the elbow and the wrist. Each one moves a single joint through a range you set, steadily and on repeat, while you sit back.

Bends and straightens the knee while you sit or lie back.

Tilts the foot up and down while you sit or lie back.

Bends and straightens the elbow while you sit at a table.

Tilts the hand up and down while you sit at a table.
Four joints. One steady motion.
Set how far it goes, start it, and the machine carries the joint there and back — over and over, until you stop it.
Pick the joint. The rest is the same.

You set the range
You choose how far it goes. Start small, widen it only as it feels easy.
A few keys, no app
A wired remote on the knee, ankle and elbow machines; keys on the drive unit of Glide Wrist. No app, no pairing, no account.
Even, not sudden
A motor does the work at a steady pace. The joint just rests in the padded cradle.
Thirty days to decide
Use it for a month. If it hasn’t earned its place, send it back. Every Glide carries a 1-year warranty.
Before you choose
Which one do I need?
The one for the joint you want to keep moving. Each Glide moves a single joint — if you’re thinking about two, email us first and we’ll talk it through.
Is Glide medical equipment?
No. The Glide machines are wellness and mobility products for keeping a joint moving at home. They aren’t certified as medical equipment and don’t claim to treat anything. If a clinician has prescribed equipment for you, follow their advice on what to use.
What voltage do they run on?
Each Glide runs on the household power where you live — in the US and Canada as well as in Australia and New Zealand — and comes with the plug that matches your delivery address. The knee, ankle and elbow machines run straight from the wall socket: no batteries, nothing to charge. Glide Wrist plugs in too, and also works with no power at all — unclip its drive unit and turn the knob by hand.
What’s the guarantee?
Thirty days, money-back: use it properly for a month and, if it isn’t for you, send it back for a full refund — you just cover the return shipping. Every Glide also carries a 1-year warranty, and shipping is free.
Is there anyone who shouldn’t use one?
They aren’t for children. Don’t use one on a fresh injury, a joint that’s hot, red or badly swollen, a recent fracture or an unhealed wound, or if a clinician has told you to keep the joint still. If you’ve had joint surgery or have any medical condition, ask your doctor first — and stop if anything goes numb, tingles or hurts.
The Holtrow Glide machines are wellness and mobility products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, or for post-operative rehabilitation. If you have had recent surgery or injury, have a joint replacement, or have any medical condition, talk to your doctor or physiotherapist before using one.
