Excellent product. Easy to put on, strong pressure options, and fully independent boots. I sometimes use just one while working. Battery has been reliable for evening use.
Sequential Air Compression · Cordless
Light legs in 20 minutes — no hose, no remote, no sizing chart.
Why your legs feel heavy
The heart pumps blood down — nothing pumps fluid back up. Gravity wins: heaviness, puffiness, sock marks. Flow 2 is the pump your body never had.
Pump, battery and controls in one pod. Stand up — nothing follows you.
USB-C · 2–3 sessions per charge.
"Which size am I?" — gone. A full-length zipper and thigh strap fit real bodies, short or tall.
Deep flush to slow sleep waves.
Six programs
Firm waves, breaks up stiffness.
The gentle post-training flush.
Stays on the sore spot.
Slow and easy around joints.
Brisk and light, ankle to thigh.
Slow waves that wind you down.
Figures reflect published research on intermittent pneumatic compression. Individual results vary. Holtrow Flow 2 is a wellness device, not a medical treatment.
One ritual · Three moments

Tomorrow doesn't start sore.

Heaviness, gone by bedtime.

The first boots that travel.
Train hard. Recover harder.
Pro recovery rooms have used sequential compression for decades — because legs that recover tonight perform tomorrow. Flow 2 puts that wave on your couch, with nothing to plug in.
Start recovering — $219.00
How it works
Slide each leg in and zip to the thigh. The strap snugs the top — one size, every body.
Hold the power button on the boot itself. No remote to find, nothing to plug in.
Six programs, two pressure levels. Start gentle — deep comes later.
Eight cells fire foot to thigh, milking fluid upward. It stops itself at 10 or 20 minutes.
The cycle
Two pressure levels — an easy wave or a deep squeeze. And the pod on each boot is the pump, so there's nothing to plug in and nothing between your legs.

See Flow MiniGood to know
Eight overlapping air cells inflate one after another from your foot to your upper thigh, then release — a "milking" wave that pushes pooled blood and lymphatic fluid back toward your core. It's the same sequential pneumatic compression used in pro-sports recovery rooms and lymphatic-drainage clinics.
Really. The pod on each boot is the whole machine — pump, battery and controls in one unit that clips flat to the thigh. There is no hose, no tower on the floor, and no handheld remote on a wire. Each boot runs independently, so you can even wear one at the desk.
The boot is 80 cm from the enclosed foot to the top of the thigh, with a full-length zipper and an adjustable strap at the top. It runs generous through the calf and thigh, so it closes comfortably on most legs — and because the cells inflate to meet your leg, the squeeze fits itself. If it doesn't work on your body, send it back within 30 days.
Ten or twenty minutes — you pick, it stops itself. Two pressure levels: start on Low for the first few sessions, move to High when you want a deeper squeeze. Most people run one 20-minute session in the evening; daily use is fine.
Each pod charges over USB-C with the included cable — about three hours to full, good for two to three sessions. The light on the pod flashes while charging and holds steady when powered on. A low-battery alarm tells you before it runs out mid-session.
Holtrow Flow 2 is a non-invasive wellness device. Do not use it if you have deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or a history of blood clots, severe peripheral artery disease, congestive heart failure, an active skin infection or open wounds on your legs, or if you are pregnant — consult your doctor first. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.
Three things. The pump moved onto the boot — the original's boots connected to a corded handheld controller; Flow 2's pod clips flat to each thigh with nothing in between. The wave got finer — eight overlapping cells instead of four. And sizing is gone — one size with a full-length zipper replaces the four-size chart. It also folds flat into a travel pouch, which the original never did.
Try it for 30 days. If your legs don't feel lighter, send it back for a full refund — no restocking fees, no awkward questions (return shipping is at your expense). Every unit is covered by a 1-year warranty; return shipping on warranty claims isn't covered.
