How do the three levels work?
Each earplug has three noise-reduction settings that change how much sound gets through: Aware for taking the edge off, Focus for deep-work quiet, and Sleep for maximum reduction — up to 28 dB. Set each ear independently if you like.
Will they stay in all night?
